Take Healthcare To Rural Communities is a project under Atayese Health Network in conjunction with it's Health Clubs in different locations. The aim of the project is to give the communities opportunity of consulting a Medical Doctor as many of them don't have facilities with doctors in or around them. They travel long distance to be able to consult a medical doctor.

The first phase of the project will commence in November 2019 and will involve the following communities:
- Mojoda-Adamo in Ikorodu North LCDA of Lagos State
- Odogbolu in Odogbolu LGA of Ogun State
- Atan in Ijebu North-East LGA of Ogun State
- Igbeba in Ijebu Ode LGA of Ogun State.

Residents of the communities will benefit from Free Consultation, Free Screening for Hypertension/Diabetes Mellitus, Free Drugs and Health Education.

We are seeking your support to be able to:
1. Pay salaries of Medical Personnel
2. Renting of Chairs, Tables and Tents
3. Purchase of drugs and test strips
4. Logistics like transport
5. Supporting the very poor with food items.
