Owing to the fact that these community is an oil producing community, with about 50 Oil wells, yet the community still lacks some basic social amenities. Many of the members of this community especially the youths, roam about the city of Nembe LGA as a result of lack of skill which is a major cause of unemployment. This as a results makes the youths of the community engage in crimes and other illegal social vices.

As a corp member serving my father land in these very community, i saw the need for the construction of a community skill acquisition center, where the youths and other members of the community could have access to learning various kind of skills, so as to be useful to themselves, and the community, as a way of eradicating poverty.

I humbly solicit the support of public spirited Nigerians whose desire is to see to the development of the nation and to ensure that youths in the country beginning from Nembe Local Government Area are empowered through the acquiring of skills.

The amount raised will be used for the construction of the skill acquisition centre and also the facilities needed for the various skills to be acquired which includes, Fashion and Designing, Food processing and cosmetology, Baking and Catering, Shoe and Bag making, Carpentry and Furniture, ICT literacy, photography and Electrical installations and wiring.
