Project NEWS, an initiative of O5 Centre for children, teaches CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE PREVENTION in the North, East, West and South of Nigeria through free flyers and posters. 

We started in January 2019 and we  have distributed 50'000 copies in the first 6 months in parts of Gombe, Jos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Akwa Ibom, Delta, Lagos, Anambra, Ekiti, Ogun, Oyo, Edo and Cross rivers.

We need funds to keep this 6 year project alive and running. Child sexual abuse is an epidemic and parents and other child handlers need knowledge and resources to protect the children in their care. The strenght of the abuser is the ignorance of the child and the negligence of parents to teach body safety.Children have a right to a healthy childhood. Thank you.
