PREAMBLE

Epe Campuses Crusade is a mega convention of all Christian Unions in all the campuses in Epe Land comprising of LASU, Epe Campus (Joint Fellowship Movement), MOCPED/UNIBADAN, Epe Campus (Joint Christian Campus Fellowship) and YABATECH, Epe (Joint Students Campus Fellowship), this vision was proposed and birthed by an Interdenominational Campus Ministry named NAZARETH CAMPUS MINISTRY in the year 2012.

THE JOURNEY SO FAR

In 2015 we were able to hold the 1st edition of the crusade themed: “LIGHT HAS COME”. The crusade was held between 15th and 17th July, 2015 at RCM Primary School Field in Odomola, Epe with attendance from all across the land. It was indeed a powerful crusade with testimonies, signs and wonders following amongst which lots of students were saved, yokes were broken, many demon possessed were delivered and a particular woman about hanging herself to death was miraculously saved during the programme among many other testimonies. And we ended the crusade with a Mega Praise Concert held on Friday night where the Lord used the students in drawing down His presence.

We continued our prayers for the land even after the crusade and the following year in 2016 while preparing for the next crusade to come up in 2017, the Lord asked us to make a Joyful noise tagged Epe Campuses Mega Praise 2016 (which has now come to be held on an annual basis) that was themed “BREAKTHROUGH PRAISE” which was a preliminary to the Epe Campuses Crusade 2017 held at the Salako Field, Epe Recreation Centre on the 23rd of September, 2016, it was a 10 hours praise like never before. Notable and popular Guest Artistes like Psalmos, Evang. Kayode (Okitipupa, Ondo State), Evang. Segun Ogunbo, JR Praise Team, Evang. Grace Odeh, Uche, Tomisin Babalola, Kemisola Rasaq, Unique Sam, Onibuore, Ayanfe Oromidayo and many others were invited to minister during the programme, it was indeed a joyful noise.

In 2017, we held the second edition of Epe Campuses Crusade at Imokun Junction in Noforija between Sunday, 16th and Sunday 23rd July, 2017, it was a time of astute and great ddeliverance, prophecy and liberation in the land, lots of souls were saved, we had the likes of Dr. Busayo Asikhia of LADTEM, Pastor Timilehin Obadeyi, Evang. Esther Omoniyi of Threshing House, Dr. Odunola Oshodi, Dr. Olumuyiwa Viatonu, and several other ministers that were used by God in various capacities for this programme.

And in 2018, precisely on the 23rd of September, 2018 we proceeded to Epe Marina Beach Front for another edition of Epe Campuses Mega Praise to prophesy Divine blessings and breakthroughs upon the land in preparation for the 3rd edition of the Crusade in 2019, it was a praise session like never before, it was a season of deliverance praise in the open rains as students and community members praised and worshipped God in the rains including several dignitaries and Government Officials, it was indeed a time of Divine Intervention.

All through the years we have been organizing EPE CAMPUSES CRUSADES, it has always been a time of intense and powerful move of Jehovah God, as students across all denominations and Ministries coming together as a voice in pulling down strongholds from the ancient city of Epe.

THE NEED FOR EPE CAMPUSES CRUSADE

Epe is one of the ancient cities in Lagos and is one of the Five Divisions of Lagos State. The Local Government Area houses and accommodates over 150 different villages, communities and hamlets according to information gathered from elders and research also confirms it (https://nigeriazipcodes.com/6269/list-of-towns-and-villages-in-epe-l-g-a/). The land has been in perpetual darkness and was once a forgotten land in Lagos State deprived of so many amenities and developments in the land UNTIL Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode became the Governor of the state. The Land began to see some positive changes and development, despite this, darkness and wickedness which was the order of the day continued growing and waxing stronger in the Land. Territorial forces have had so much hold on the people of the Land thereby hindering progress of the land. Unfortunately, the land is plunging again to an era of astute darkness and territorial wickedness it was once known for.

For this reason, we arising as the David of our time and declaring that enough is enough of our campuses being satanic hideouts, enough of our campuses being home to thuggery, cultism, prostitution, violence, social vices, etc. We are saying NO to satan and all his cohorts that have taken over the land strangely.

Indigenous Youths of Epe Land are constantly perishing and languishing under the influence of darkness, poverty is the order of the day in the land, several of them die on a daily basis due to fighting and wickedness amongst themselves. Youths cannot make it in their businesses unless they sell their souls to the devil or go through illegitimate ways to acquire success or even run out of the land. The devil has so kept lots of youths in bondage in the land.

We arising out of the Shadows, crying out for revival, we are stemming out from the campuses jointly and in collaboration with the Churches in the land, together the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) and the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), together we shall all call upon the name of the Lord and He shall cleanse the land from all SATANIC RUBBISH.

VISION OF EPE CAMPUSES CRUSADE

1. Bringing together in unity all the Campuses in Epe as a voice in pulling down the strongholds in the Land.
2. To jointly cry out to God for Divine intervention on all the activities of darkness on the land.
3. To send packing Satan and all his cohorts hindering the progress of the inhabitants of the Land.
4. To cleanse the Land of all forms of atrocities by asking for God’s mercy upon the Land
5. To prophesy breakthrough, deliverance and prosperity upon the Land,.
6. To sensitize and preach Jesus Christ to all Students in the Land.
7. To curb the land of cultism, prostitution, hooliganism and all other students vices.

WHEN IS ECC 2019

ECC 2019 shall be a weeklong crusade that will be coming up between Sunday, 13th and Sunday, 20th October, 2019. Although some activities would have come up before the week of the events like sports, quizzes, Campaign against Child Sexual Abuse.
