Hello. This is Benson, an automation enthusiast.
I decided to do this especially because I really do not have any other way or help to come up with, and I believe that reaching out to you will help me in a significant way.
I'm developing a recycling machine that accepts empty plastic bottles(PET) and aluminium cans, the machine gives it's users a discount voucher that can be used in a partnered store to purchase items at a lower price. I believe in keeping clean and healthy environment, which is why I'm introducing such machines that collects waste and rewards its users with a discount voucher that can be used at any partnered store which  includes Supermarkets, Malls, Eateries and Cinemas. It's a win-win situation for everybody.
My vision is to become one of the preferred choices of individual and organization when it comes to the demand for recyclable waste (PET bottles and cans) collection.
My mission is to ensure that I build a successful waste management company that will operate in the whole of the Nigeria which engages people in sustainability and recycling programmes through rewards; starting up a company that will grow to become one of the top 10 waste management companies in Nigeria.
We all know about the enormous effect of plastic pollution because plastic items are non-biodegradable (they cannot be broken down). Plastic wastes are indiscriminately disposed by burning which we see in most cases because plastic wastes do not easily decompose, chemicals that make up these plastics are contained in fumes which could be inhaled, the chemicals greatly contribute to health conditions such as lung cancer and asthma.
These same set of plastics also end up in our drainage system because of poor disposal, thereby preventing the flow of water resulting into stagnation of water in our drainage system which results into the breeding of harmful parasites like mosquitoes.
Lagos state (largest city in Africa), with a population of about 23 million, generates 14,000 tons of solid waste daily. In essence, about 2,250 tons of plastic waste is generated in Lagos daily, which can be recycled. Introducing such machines will help to reduce the effect of plastic pollution not only in Lagos state, but Nigeria.

I'm using this crowdfunding medium to hire manufacturers with thorough supervision to build the actual recycling machine as much as I can so any amount given will be highly appreciated.

This is a one time opportunity to fulfill a dream I have always had for so long, and I will be eternally grateful to you.
