Jimi Agbaje with his running mate Haleemat Busari are running for the gubernatorial position for Governor and Deputy Governor for Lagos state 2019, so that Lagos can finally confront deep seated challenges that are limiting our development.  Although there has been some measure of progress on the surface, the fact remains that when it comes to deep structural issues like education, infrastructure, standard of living for the average citizen, there is so much to be desired.

Rated by the Economist Intelligence Unit as the third worst place to live in the world in 2018, it's clear that this state's achievements are pale in comparison to the real needs of everyday Lagosian. The issues we face are daunting and Lagos as a metropolis should be one that caters to the need of citizens.
