For many children in underserved communities, going back to school is not as simple as it sounds. Some wake up eager to learn but lack the basics - a bag to carry their books, a pair of sandals to walk to school, writing materials to follow lessons, or even a decent meal to stay focused through the day. Feed A Child 6.0 – Back to School Edition is our sixth edition of a campaign built on empathy, compassion and a deep belief that every child deserves a chance to learn, grow and dream. This year, we are focusing on Ikorodu, Lagos, where we aim to support 1,000 children with back-to-school kits valued at ₦15,000 each. Each kit will include a backpack, a pair of school sandals, essential writing materials and a pack of food to help them start the term with dignity and confidence. To us, this is more than charity. It is an act of love. A step towards breaking cycles of poverty. A way to show these children that someone sees them, cares for them, and believes in their future.
