Hello. I'm Ruth Akpe. I am a baking enthusiast and I am trying to turn baking into a business and this is where I need your help so I can have the most essential equipment required of every baker. I do love the art of baking so I became an apprentice to learn it. When I was a trainee I used my tutor's oven to bake these amazing cakes(all in the YouTube link)- it was like tests to see how much I have learnt there. Now I am in dire need of a little but quality convectional oven to start with. Using a pot to bake has not produced a quality goey cake or nice textured bread and that can ruin a business. Sadly, I have missed lots of baking orders because of not having an oven. On the other hand baking stiff, boring cakes with a pot is one of the worse feeling a baker can experience. Now that feeling is X2 for a baker who loves baking as a hobby and as a business. Hence, I need to crowdfund. It's $300 equivalent to N180000 Would you mind supporting this project?
