We wish to solicit for financial support from your good office to carry out a project on hand.

Introduction:

Children and Youths are the future of a great nation striving to move to the next level. If not functional now, then it litres the economy with
restiveness of different degree and if not tamed, the economy crumbles.

The company is proposing to undergo institutional strengthening in order to indulge in community development project for the less privilege and the youths in Ika land in Delta State, Nigeria by engaging them in training (skill acquisition) which involves computer documentation, computer engineering, entrepreneurial training and lots more.
It is said that an idle mind is the devil’s workshop. With our training, we will train children who has completed secondary school and cannot further to the next level due to financial constraint. Also youths (both male and female) will also be trained in operations of computer and also given training on entrepreneurial skills, in other for them to be self reliant in the society and to take their hand off evil vices of the society. This training will teach them how to secure a job i.e for those who need employment and entrepreneurial skills for those who want to go into business.

Activities of the company
We are involve in computer works, Engineering (Repairs and Installation), Internet solutions.

Project Area
The company is proposing to undergo expansion of its services and also want to indulge in community development project for the less privilege and
the youths in Ika land by engaging them in training (skill acquisition) which involve computer documentation, computer engineering and many more.

Context Beneficiaries:
The people we are targeting are mostly the less privilege and those that has finished their Senior School Certificate Examination and could not
forward their education due to lack of finance.

Project Activities
The proposed activities for the project will include Microsoft Office Training, AUTOCAD training, Graphical Training, computer Engineering, Entrepreneural Training and lots more.
Furthermore, they shall be educated on business development and Management which will make them self reliant in their community.

Expected Outcome
Our vision is to see that unemployment is reduced to the minimum in our community through entrepreneurship development and to encourage the
youth to involve themselves in entrepreneurship development in order to assist their families.

Budget
The total budget required for the actualization of the project is estimated to be about N2, 000,000. This money will be used to purchase equipment and other logistics for
startup of the project.

Sir/Madam, we will be delighted if our request is considered and given proper attention. You voluntary contribution will go a long way touching
many lives and improve the well being of the people in the community.
