Joyce Emmanuel Foundation is a registered Non-Governmental Organization aimed at providing solutions to social issues faced by the masses, one of which include women empowerment. In Nigeria, poverty has an intense impact on women. It been observed that, a high percentage of women suffering from poverty can be traced to lack of access to education, resources and assets, and in most cases the uneven rights in their family and in society due to the patriarchy nature of the society. Thus, empowering women will result in progressive reduction in poverty. It is for this reason, Joyce Emmanuel Foundation has stepped in to change the narrative. This project aims at empowering 150 young women in rural communities in the South West Geo-Political Zone. We can't achieve this goal without the support of generous partners like you.
