Youths are the greatest assets any Nation can have, not only are they generally regarded as the future leaders of tomorrow, but also, they are potentially the greatest investment for a country's future growth and development. On the other hand, the youths may also constitute a threat to National survival and stability if allowed to drift, unemployed, misguided and let lose to express their natural endowment negatively. But, if correctly guided, adequately trained, mobilized and fully integrated into the fabric of the society, youths constitute a reservoir of energy, creativity, dynamism and resourcefulness required in building a Nation. In an economic climate like ours where the rate of unemployment has risen over the years, the solution to unemployment problem is based on youth skills development, certification training and empowerment programmes. Today, it is globally realized that skill certification training and empowerment leads a Nation to prosperity for the next generations,
