I'm undertaking this E-LIBRARY project on behalf of Union Theological Institute UTI to provide reading and research services for the teaming young adults in Eleme where I'm pastoring. As Rector of UTI this project is a good little effort to add value to the educational advancement of young adults in high schools and tertiary institutions who are not able to access public library or internet for research and other educational resource purposes. I've in my little effort started the project by providing reading desks fitting for library room except for purchase of computers and internet facility.
