Hi everyone, My name is Karen and I'm reaching out because I've finally started a campaign for my cousin David Okengwu's kidney transplant. Prior to his illness, David was the most supportive person, he was ready to go the extra mile for anyone that needed his help. David would literally give the shirt off his back to someone that didn't have any and now David needs our help! Your donation would give my cousin a new start in life.
