According to the World Bank 12 million girls in Sub-Saharan Africa are at risk of never getting an education. We know that positive change is therefore possible. But there is need for support of individuals, philanthropists and organizations to finance quality education of the less privilege/out-of-school in Sub-Saharan Africa since Government alone can not do it.
