This is a campaign Launched which aimed at preventing and eliminating violence against women and girls around the world especially in Nigeria and better respond to people who may currently have limited access to support and services after sexual assault/abuse has occurred also supporting organisation , group working tirelessly to make our community safe by strict enforcement of existing law and promulgation of tougher sanction. Nigerian has been enmeshed with sad tales of young girls and women being sexually assaulted in open and obsure places. Rape crisis in Nigeria have witnessed the criminal justice system routinely and significantly failing victims and survivors of all forms of sexual violence and abuse for many years. For the same considerale length of time we have called for an urgent and complete overhaul of the system to improve access to justice for those subjected to these serious, traumetic crimes, which have wide- ranging, long lasting impacts on the lives and health. In the last 6 months ( JAN 2020 - 15 JUNE 2020) (717 cases recorded in Nigeria) there is an increase in violence aganist young girls and woman and criminal justice outcomes for them have sharply and alarmingly declined.
